ok to start with everything was fine, i didnt come across a single glitch, until i hit the spot when ive just finished finding the 3 items for the air filters in the hidden bunker , in hidden vally for the BHS,
My glitch is simple. everytime i hand in a quest " which goes to a black screen " , when it comes back from the black screen, my guy gets stuck! i can move the camera, and toggle between 3rd/1st person, and prss start
but it just keeps me in the same spot, and everything else is moving, ive fast traveled to the Strip, And @ lucky 38, and when i go outside, i get blowning up by a random C-finder Ray.! and then evertything outside the 38 becomes hostel to me, and i get quest failed :s

so bascailly. im stuck inside 38. to give the chip, when i do, it goes black screen, comes back from black screen, gives rewards, and i get stuck,
if i try go outside without giving him the chip, i get c-finder Owned, which 1 hits me at level 29!

ive got an old save, ( at the scribe/knight u give 3 items too ) but it still does the same, when i hand in a quest, ether to the elder, or mr.house. :s

sooo confused, and annoyed!!!

clearing cache, and deleteing the update & reinstall seems to fix this.

Ya what he said i had glitches like that too.

You know what's really annoying? i'm on the van graff mission where you're in the warehouse and you have to kill the legion in there. i saved and left 'cause i had to go to work, and when i got back home a few hours later? i boot it up, and absolutely nothing happens. just continuous loading screens! i sat there for literally 1 hour and absolutely nothing happened. obsidian, when you release a patch, you should TEST IT THOROUGHLY BEFORE RELEASE.

- In regard to the endless loading screen: start a new game and when the game begins you can load your savegame normally.
- concerning the black screen while transitioning to another area: try to disable all autosave functions in yout gameplay settings. (don't forget to save manually, the game WILL occassionally freeze!) I had the black screens in new vegas, hidden valley bunker and sometimes in vault 22 and after I disabled autosave it seems to have stopped.
