1. I am a little concerned about becoming overpowered. How many perks can I investet in one-handed, block and heavy armor without becoming
overpowered?

2. Does when I activate dragons affect their strength?

1. Most problems with people becoming overpowered are mostly based on the fact that they exploit the crafting skills. So don't worry too much.

2. How do you activate dragons? O_o

Only in so much as the higher your lvl, the tougher dragons you may have to face

Yup. Im having fun loads of challenge with my warrior class and i havent even touched the smithing perks, other than the steel smithing.

Only steel smithing? How far along in the game are you and what difficulty? Must be frustrating to get constantly one shotted.

Hell yeah. I have it on master. Im level 20, but i cant say ive run into anything unbeatable. Although i do get careless and get my ass handed to me by briarhearts and hagravens every now and then. But to be honest, i tend to avoid very dangerous places if i know im not ready yet.
