i would like to acquire the dual flurry and dual savagery perks from the one-handed tree which increase dual wielding speed and damage respectively, but im unsure if these perks would apply to a bound sword (or double bound swords) as they are primarily the only one-handed "weapon" i use. anybody exoerimented with this know the answer?

I think so, when I conjure up a bound battleaxe it increases my two handed skill so I would imagine the perks associated to that skill tree would also affect your damage etc.

Yes, the only thing that normal weapons have over the bound weapons are the ability to be improved on a grindstone through smithing. And they last for more than 2 minutes.

All combat perks dealing with weapon damage, special attack modes like Sweep... they all work with Bound weapons.
