Hey, I just startet playing this game a few days ago, but I got a problem, I have 40 skill in one handed weapon, and 3 point in the first perk ( 60%. Extra damage with one handed weapons) but all my one handed wep. Still just got their normally base damage, example I just got the sword dawn breaker and it only does 12 damage ... Can someone please explain me why
