I really think it would be more satifieing if when in stealth you could come from behind for a one stab kill plus I think where you strike the enemy say in the head vs the arm should have a more drastic effect whats your thoughts?

Ever play Fallout? It does this. And in my opinion is way better than TES in many ways.
