One thing I don't quite understand about the skyrim design

Why must I play in 3rd person form in werewolf/vampire lord :(

my eyes doesn't simply floating behind my back when I am transformed into werewolf/vampire lord. Also this kind of breaking the immersion for me as I play the game in first person view to make myself thinking I am actually inside the game

I find it more odd that they didn't tinker with the third person view. An over the shoulder sort of view or closer to the character's body view seems like it would make more sense in general. The camera in third person is liable to glitch out easy. I had it glitch out when I was being killed with no way of knowing what I was attacking due to the camera focusing on the wrong thing. I was in werewolf form, as well.

Morrowind's third person view wasn't perfect, but it was more manageable.

There is a third person view zoom in and out and can pan it as well, and from low angle high angle. What did they miss.
