I've completed the main thieves guild questline, and I've done a fair number of the side jobs, but I'm still not sure how you return the guild to its former glory. The bald guy mentioned something about influential people offering contracts when asked about how side jobs help, but that's the only hint I've gotten so far. Anyone know how to get the achievement?
