One Year Ideas

Hello everyone. Skyrim is now a year old game, so now is the earliest possible date to come up with ideas for the next game without being a total [censored] for not enjoying the current game.
While Skyrim is still a great game in my opinion, it's getting a *little late for coming up with ideas for the game. SO now we can happily come up with ideas for quests, guilds, characters etc. for the next TES game.

I begin.

I saw a great thread about a slenderman quest for Skyrim. TES shouldn't include modern day monsters, but it could feature a similar monster.

I can't remember how it originally went so i make up my own.

You see a bloody rock in the middle of the forest in a unmarked location, as you approach it you get a message saying that you feel cold shivers as a wooden doll appears in your inventory. There is a scar note on the rock that says something about not being able to live with the dolls curse. The player then randomly sees strange figures in the horizon. The quest should go the way the developers hope it to, but this could be an interesting way to deal with the quest.
The strange figures disappear if you try to go near them and sometimes you see a random AI character straring at you with a weird (demonic) face/eyes and you hear random whispers sometimes. The world remains a scary place like this until you go to sleep, where then a strange man gives you a letter about destroying the doll (you can't drop it). The letter reveals a village/cave/stronghold/forest where to go. At the village/cave/stronghold/forest the whispers get louder and you start to make up words from them that are cryptic and you have to figure them out yourself. The whispers eventually tell you what to do at the village/cave/stronghold/forest. And the curse will be lifted.
