the only thing i wanna know about this DLC is, are we people who use playstation actually gonna be able to get this DLC

Only guaranteed release date is for Xbox. Unfortunately, PS3 players will have to wait. Though I doubt Bethesda would never release it. They'll find a way. Have a little faith.
