Do companions level up along side the PC? Do we get any input into how they level? We know the monsters are spawned at a level appropriate to the player character... but what about a companion? They're potentially always right there with your character. It would svck if you met Buff Chest the Redguard at level six... and then when you're level fifty, you're in a cave together, fighting off a horde of Dwemer Butt Kickers and you accidentally hit your old friend and stalwart companion Buff Chest with the tiniest bit of splash damage. He would not only die, but I bet he would take enough damage to go bouncing off the wall and ceiling.

Has anyone confirmed we can level our companions or that they level along side us?
