Orc Stronghold doesn't like me..and I'm ORC! : V

I finally found the Orc Stronghold near Riften. They are fighting with a giant. When I go into the building and talk to the Chief and the other Orcs, I get no dialog options and they treat me like an outsider. I thought if you were an Orc, you had Blood-Kin and they spoke to you. Am I missing something?? :ermm:

Yeah, as Drake Malice said, you have to talk to the robed orc woman, probably in one of the towerish thingys, (that's where she was on my save at least), you see it's the start of a quest, after the quest things go back to normal.

Just because you're an Orc, that doesn't mean you're a part of their stronghold. You're still an outsider to them.

I'm not an orc but after I did the Markath blacksmith's quest I found the people at the orc strongholds would talk to me.

Then why is Blood Kin listed as a racial bonus? It says you're supposed to be accepted in the strongholds.

You may have done the quest to become bloodkin or whatever they call it. There are ways of being accepted by the tribal orcs.

What level are you? The quest there won't start unless you are a certain level.

Required level is 9. You should be good.

As others have said its probably doing that because there is a quest related to it. I went to the one in eastmarch (the one with the awesome ebony mine) and they immediately accepted me. I even had a friendly brawl with the chief and got 100 gold lol.
