Me, level 21, used no cheats, have completed MQ and reunification questline on Imperial Side, currently at the beginning of companion and DB and college.

I have done what most people have stated and waited over a month well outside the cell for Halted stream camp, the interior including items and NPC's respawn just fine, even the traps. However all 16 veins of iron refuse to relight up.

I have heard people say that theirs works fine, and have only found existing topics about outside ore not replenishing, which mine does.

Anyone come across this and can provide a fix or is this a platform issue? maybe the ones who said it was working were just lying?

Currently three months from point of clearing the cavern and whenever i revisit i save and reload if it hasn't spawned so im not constantly resetting any variables that has to do with the last time i was there. Although while typing this i realized clearing the Cache may help?

Edit: Reset the cache and it worked =] Anyone else afflicted by this should try that among whatever else works. googling reset 360 cache should get you an explanation if you dont know what I'm talking about
