Hello everyone, I just started another playthrough of dishonored, and at the end of the first real mission (High Overseer Campbell) I saw something on a catwalk, or whatever you want to call it. Once I tried to take a closer look at it, it just poofed away like the outsider always did. After some trying out and quicksaving, I managed to find an angle where it didn't poof away when I look at it, so I put together some photos of showing where I am, where it is, me zooming into it and it poofing away.

I hope anyone knows what's going on there, I've never seen it before and found nothing on google
