I've managed to find every page except Page 9. I've read elsewhere that it's located at the top of the maze-like building to the very north in Soul Cairn. I got to the top of this building and searched every square inch of the roof but there was no page. I also checked everywhere inside the building and it's not there either.

Are there any other areas of significance that might possibly have it?

Does anyone know where it is? Thanks!

i think the exact numbers may be random every playthrough and 9 would be in a different place every character

I heard its in the boneyard. Bout to check there.

If im correct, page 9 is on the roof of the Maze-like building, i missed it at first, as it was on the other side of the chest under the giant soul gem... hope that helps :/

I just took another trip to each and every building in Soul Cairn and searched and nothing was in any of them. I assume it's bugged.

How do you start up the quest to get to the location that you do the page hunting at?

Talk to Juib who is sitting on the ground by a burnt out campfire east of a building with one of the giant floating sould gems over it and north of one of the Keeper towers (with the purple flames coming out of the top). There is no easy way to explain directions in this place.

What part of the map are you even talking about? Ive been everywhere in Skyrim before Dawnguard came out and I dont remember any floating soul gems over buildings.
