Papyrus - How to activate a ability on load?

I have created an ability that will have multiple states and therefore I need the "normal" state to be active when the game FIRST loads(after that the ability will continue through the stages). Im not exactly sure what to attach this script to or if OnInit will even call properly on the object, so what can I do to get it to work? I don't need the code written for me just need the information about it.
