I have done everything required to generate a papyrus log .... I am beset by recurring CTDs near solitude but my game will simply not provid me with any papyrus logs. What info should i provide so that someone may help me.

So you have added
bEnableLogging=1
in the Skyrim.ini in your documents/mygames/skyrim folder?

If you have done that I can't help you anymore :/
