I've been over the written instructions given in the "Paragon Locations" topic, but I am struggling like crazy to find the location in which I use them. Is it near the word wall?

Once you go through that little passage with the spiders near the entrance to the forgotten vale, head right over the mountain and you should see some ruins near a waterfall.
