I know there is a way to add restore potion traits to a paralysis poison but I want to know if it can the other way around can the paralysis effect be drunk by the player? If so what ingredients do I need to use?

Lol why do you want to paralyse yourself?

you would need to go on the wiki or something and find out if there is an ingredient that has a restore effect prioritized over the paralyze effect then find another ingredient with both of those effects. I doubt it though. You would probably need to create a specialized ingredient or potion as a mod.
