Under my normal gaming email I can't seem to log into the website, I can however log into the game under that name and it has my game profile saved from the demo, the multiplayer profile name is Shadowviper and that is also my login name.

Tried various passwords- no good
Tried to reset password multiple times get the success on the email address, no email sent from gamesas to reset.
Tried creating an account with the normal email address, its already used.

Need help to access this account with gamesas so I can set up my DLC preorder content.

This account used to post is under my "work only" email address and can't be used on a regular basis but had no choice since gamesas support forums can't be accessed under a guest account (prolly a good idea with login issues to allow guest accounts in the support section) or my normal gaming email account.

Since gamesas.com is ran under crytek and not EA i need an mod or someone within this site that has some sort of admin rights to help me with this issue.

UPDATE- Well the reset password works, went through the process after changing password noticed it had my logged in as my email addy, no biggy saw that there have been issues with this happening.

So then went to go post on the forums, it logs me out. Played with it for a bit, I can click on any of the page tabs and stay logged in but forums. So again forced to use alt account to post on forums.

Good news though it did accept my LE code and linked correctly.

I am having the same problem. I appear to be logged in according to the upper right corner of this website but when I go to http://www.gamesas.com/redeemcode/ to redeem my code, I am prompted to log in again. I have a bunch of emails from this website in my Gmail account so I assume that's the one. None of the password I would have used work.

The part of this that's confusing, and is not stated anywhere is that once you're logged into gamesas, and its' asking for email/password again, it's actually asking for the gamespy email, the same one you would use for logging into the game once loaded in. when i tried that, it worked immediately and took the password and email and gave me the LE items. If you have an existing gamespy account that you're using, try that.

Not sure if that is directed at me or the second poster. As for logging into mycrsis I had to create a second account (not my game account) just to post here. I have tried using the email/password that I use for gamespy to log into the website, no go there. The login info for the game which works doesn't work with gamesas, my EA master account info doesn't work.

What really bugs me is the password reset feature of the website doesn't even seem to work for me. I thought maybe if i tried the forgot password option ingame see if that would help, it just directs me to the gamesas.com site. I read on one of the forums (not sure which post since i cleared cookies/ closed web) that said that their was an issue with corrupt log in info, though i can't seem to find info anywhere around here on that.

After much fustration trying my gamesas login info, my gamespy login info ended up working for me. I have no idea why. I think it maybe something I setup way back when Crysis 1 came out. ( I think I installed Gamespy at the same time) but Crysis 2 says to use your gamesas login. WTF?!?

Most people over there seem to have issues logging into the game. I can't log into the website and I can't even reset my password for the website. As for creating a new account the email addy that should be used is already taken :S.

Looks like I'm not the only one that can't log into the website or reset my password for the website.

Any idea how to fix this w/o being able to use the same email addy for in game and gamesas.com website there is no way to apply the preorder bonus.
