Hey guys. Not sure what's happening, but I have a consistent problem with an exterior cell of the game. It's labeled "shimmermistcaveexterior." Every time that cell loads I get an instant CTD. I'm curious if there's a way to completely reset the cell through the console. Waiting 10 in-game days (I think that's suppose to reset it) hasn't worked.

I do use mods, but I've just reinstalled the game and ran into the cell mod free, just to see, and it still crashed. I suppose at this point I could just completely avoid the cell altogether, but I'm worried this issue may appear somewhere else down the line.

Usually things like that mean that you have a corrupted save, and if that's the case there isn't really anything that you can do.

Well, that's what I was worried about. Poop.

30 in-game days is the full reset period. There's 3 reset periods: 3, 10, 30. I just go with 30 myself to be safe.

Have you tried a previous save to see if it works? That'll help track things down.

It does work with previous saves. I had to go waaaaaay back, however. The cell was corrupt long before I knew it.
