I fast traveled to shearpoint and fought a Legendary dragon, try there.

Yes. It was about twenty minutes and I will admit he brought me near death. But My fists brought him to his knees! *resto looped gauntlets with 350 extra damage*

I think my legendaries are bugged... they have huge health pools, but are no challenge. I still struggle with ancients more.

I one shot sneak attacked one with upgraded dwarven crossbow. It was also on master at lvl 81

The legendary dragons seem to like that weak purple blob shout, makes them easier than ancients.

Just above ancient but below legendary

new dragons added with DLC.

Also the purple blob shout is soul tear I believe.

It doesnt do anything except a little damage unless it is a killmove, at which point it soul traps.
