I downloaded and installed the patch, from which I had some expectations... I started to play my save (but 4,5 mb) and it still gets framerate drops. If only that bug could be fixed, I would be happy and call Skyrim the best game I've ever played (without lag).
Has anyone the same/different experiences?

Frame rate drops are part of the game (it has to mostly with scripts loading up). They are worse in some areas than in others.

If the frame rate drops occur near cell loads, then turn off the Autosave features, that will lessen the effect.

Try waiting in game for 73 hours, that might clear up any hanging scripts. In fact, until 73 game hours elapses, you will not see all the effects of the patch.

BTW, right after patching, you can get some awesome multi spawn battle royales if your lucky.
