Patch 1.2 on steam

Yesterday I had a patch that I change the crysis2.exe in 1.2.0.0 this morning and returned to the crysis2.exe 1.1.0.0, I would like someone to tell me why??

Someone at steamland flipped the wrong switch. It was immediately taken down.
