I've been to there official website (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/) and there is no mention of this apparent patch and have a quick check on Google News also and nothing there.
I hope the OP is not lying. I find it difficult to believe that the DLC would be out on Wednesday without any prior marketing. No trailers, no first look at the maps and no official announcement. I won't be buying this DLC if it is out on Wed, if I don't get the new patch tomorrow. If they won't support then why should I support them.

True...we'll have to see tomorrow if he is right and krakken as well, forwarding us info about a patch at MS for certification. Maybe it's tomorrow after all. Can't really depend on Crytek to post info at this point, unless they are like woah surprise huge patch and DLC.
