Paul Sage, the Creative Director behind Elder Scrolls Online

So i got to hunt around the web and found this:

Is this the same Paul Sage thats handling Elder Scrolls Online?
Anyone can confirm? The same person who did Tabula Rasa?

Oh...oh god...I played TR for the time it was alive...this just makes things worse.

I didn't play TR so i can't comment on it.
What did he do that was so bad? Please share. We need to know who are the people who are handling this project.

Edit: by the way i can't be sure if this is the same Paul Sage, need to find out more.
