PAX ESO Overview!

There's been a massive post recently that's gathered all of the latest information.
http://shadowedmare.com/the-elder-scrolls-online-at-pax-overview-day-two/.
It's extremely cool, some of it is just awesome!
Only bad news, for me; "Spears and Pole arms will not be weapons in the game".

The good news?
Gore is in, your weapons will get bloody. (16+?)
Your gear will scale to your character’s body.
Combat is fast paced at times.
The development team has promises to give end-game players what they want.
There are currently 16 dungeons in the game.
Lock Picking is in.
You can steal from NPC houses.
Everything is voice acted except your own character. NPC lips match up extremely well to the voice acting. Voice acting has real emotion. (Great news!)
Alcohol is in the game – not sure if you can get drunk. (MORE CHANCE OF IT BEING A 16+)
There are achievements. (YES!)
NPCs will treat you differently based on your race. Altmer show disgust towards Khajiit players. (Cool.)
Mods will be allowed but only those that do not give you an advantage over other players or improved graphics.

The best news?
The graphics are better than Skyrim on ultra settings.

Anyway, take a look for yourself!

Although all good news everything you list is in many other MMO's, i would be pretty disappointed if the features in the list were not in.

I already had an idea that Ultra setting would be very good compared to Skyrim It's great to have a mmo that can cater for top end system, only a few MMO's do this.

The armour scaling to your character is weird, do they mean it just fits your character no matter your size If so then that's not anything to brag about lol, nearly all MMO's work like that, unless that's not what they mean.

Getting drunk is great but again it's standard in some MMO's, i would like to see how your character moves while drunk.

Picking up items from an npc table or house without the npc saying anything is not stealing it's just harvesting in doors. Does the npc call the guards or tell you to "put that back" or say nothing?

I play an MMO now where getting drunk really is a big deal and not just a side gimmick.

Slow-Mo kills are in the game but require you to master the finesse system and weapon trees.

WHAT? LIES! That's pretty epic if that's true, though I'm highly skeptical of the textures being any better. Though I guess its only applying to vanilla Skyrim, which is pretty bad.. Dem ENBs. If it was better than skyrim fully modded out, I'd be slapping myself silly, but its still good news.

Also really skeptical of the armor scaling. I'm assuming it'd only apply to lower level gear, blues/purples/oranges wouldn't make much sense if they level'd up the same way. There'd be little to no point to doing different types of dungeons for gear then.

it says gear scales to your body. not your level.

Think they mean armour scaling to your body size not leveling up, that's why they mention body.
