Payment for TESO:Opening guild or business : Othor Games

How many of you think the payment plan, will be similar to that of woww, where you make monthly payments. Or will it be a 1 time thing. Also how many of you hope you can open up a guild hall, and or business. Personally hope the payment plan isn't like woww, but it will most likely will be. If I could make a business or guild hall, it would be comprised of 7 tiers

Tier 1 Banking: Give loans and starting funds to other guilds, and aspiring adventures. The collection method would be simple. I would keep a record of all the names, if you didn't pay I would send someone to kill you.
Tier 2: General goods. Pretty self explanatory.
Tier 3: Escorts. Not the one your thinking of fellas, they would be personally mercs for hire.
Tier 4: Specialty Items. Any rare in game items we would find and sell for a profit.
Tier 5: Weapons/armor
Tier 6: Skooma, boozes, illegal stuff, slavery
Tier 7: Inter province transportation and trade, mining.
I would have a store/guild hall in these cities, if they are featured.
Skyrim: Solitude, Markarth, Windhelm
Cyrodill: Imperial City, Anvil, Skingrad, Bravil
Morrowind: Mournhold, Vivec, Balmora
Summerset Isles: Alinor, Dusk, Cloudrest, Sky Watch, Firsthold
Black Marsh: Stormhold, Thorn, Murkwood
Valenwood: Elden Root, Haven, Arenthia, Southpoint
High Rock: Daggerfall, Camlorn, Wayrest, Northpoint,
Elsweyr: Dune, Orcrest, Senchal, Riverhold
Hammerfell: Sentinel, Stros M'Kai, Taneth, Dragonstar, Elinhir
Orisnium: I will have 1 location

So I would have hopefully 36 permanent locations, and I would then establish 10 traveling caravans. This is of course if they add create your own guild/business feature. I hope then when everything is establish, and I use violence to kill the competition, I will make a weekly personal profit of 5 million gold. This number seems reasonable since, I will have 46 stores (which will take months to create), and millions of people will be playing TES:O
