I think we could end up seeing the DLC on PS3/PC 2 months after it was released for Xbox 360, like we did with Dead Money for Fallout New Vegas - that was a 30 day exclusive too.

Im naively hoping it will be released on the 27th.

I probably wouldn't get it if it came out that late. I think Bethesda understands they'll lose money if they do that.

You'd be surprised. A lot of people still bought Fallout 3's DLC on PS3, 9 - 10 months after it was released on Xbox, so two months isn't much.

Whoa, didn't remember it being that long. I guess because it didn't really matter to me. You're right. I would be annoyed though.

If they announce an actual long delay (More than a month or two) i'm pretty sure;

1. The forums will go up in flames.

2. Pitchforks and torches will be sold.

3. The Battle of Bethesda's Headquarters begins.

Eh, buying the dlc right when its available pretty much tells Bethesda ur ok and willing to accept the treatment they doing. I jave a feeling if people just waited a day or 2 or hell a week, itd [censored] up bethesdas projected numbers and get them in trouble with theor stockholders.
They alrdy got their bonus on the actual game itself, id be damn if im gonna help them get their bonus for the dlcs as well after the treatment theyve given us.

Meh, or you could just buy it. The microscopic percentage of people who will do what you propose won't hurt Bethesda any more then some spiteful letters or snarky remarks.

I'm pretty sure we'll find out or hear something about it tomorrow or Friday because Microsoft's 30 day exclusive deal will be over. But I don't expect Dawnguard to come out the day after, especially with 1.6 patch being delayed the way it was, and now 1.7 having a few issues. Until they find a stable patch to port over, they won't port over Dawnguard just yet, especially to the PS3 because I think a patch and the DLC should come hand in hand, if not then Dawnguard will I'm sure be riddled with issues.

Bethesda! A gaming company should know better!

There is no curse in Merish, Beastfolk, or the tongues of men for this treachery. My business is with Bethesda tonight, with bugs and horrible PR. Hroom, hm, come, my friends. The forumites are going to war. It is likely that we go to our doom.

The last march of the neglected fans.

Endorsed - I am no longer buying this on release either, and Michael if one person fights apathy then maybe, just maybe the next person will too.

Seems pointless to me. To protest exclusivity deals you are going to not buy it on release. Bethesda still gets your money, and you have to hold off on playing Dawnguard for even longer.
