I have seen some of the posts about skyrim being released early in some European countries and would like to say to all of those people ranting and raving about it that they should get over it. If bethesda wants to pursue the issue in court then they will and we will just have to wait and be patient for Friday morning.

With all due respect, making threads about it only contributes to the ranting and raving.

Honestly, they won't sue any of the companies because everyone (in the Netherlands) released it today. Release dates probably have no real invested economical worth anyway.
