When I downloaded and installed the patch, I hoped it would fix my game. beforehand, I could not play because the lag was so bad - sometimes lower than 1fps.
This seemed improved for the first 30 minutes of playing after the patch. But then it went back to extreme lagging.

I slept for 2 in-game weeks and so far it has been GREATLY improved. been playing for about 90 minutes now and no sign of the old lag. Sure, it sometimes has little skips, but nothing like it was before.
