Theres not a specific organisation that starts the process of reporting to trading standards we're the ones that have to do it. I already have but the more people that report it then the more likely theyll be able to do something about it.
I did it because I am pretty unhappy with the support PC has been shown over the consoles in terms of announcements and apologies as well as the state of the single and multiplayer.
Computer games arent any different to any other product sold just because they can be updated. They fall under the same trading standards of any other product so if youre not happy then you have the right to bring it up with them.

Thats the website you will be looking for. You can speak to them on this number 08454 04 05 06 and they will forward the information on to the TSI (Trading Standards Institute).
With the game covering an international area they may eventually forward this on to ICPEN (International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network) where legal action may eventually be taken.
After numerous problems with other EA games such as Dead Space 2s multiplayer and Dragon Age 2 and now this, I simply had enough. Until gamers start following through with this then developers and publishers will continue releasing products in this state and get away with it. Some people dont have their consoles connected to the internet and just play single player so they will be stuck with a broken product completely.
It will actually get something done about this "get the money fix it later" attitude we see consistently from the games industry now that they keep getting away with. It doesnt take long, all you do is start the process and they do all the rest for you basically.
If you do it then post it in this thread just so people can see its being done. :0)
