So I've noticed this glitch twice, both with my Sneak Character, and with my just made Ranged Weapons Expert Character. Whenever I get Light Touch (+5% crit chance -25% enemy crit chance) and go to double check my build before leaving Goodsprings. I go through the standard rigourmerol and I find I cannot choose Light Touch as a perk again, so just for craps and giggles I chose Confirmed Bachelor (I love the conversations it brings up), after looking through the perk list 5 times mind you, and not being able to find Light Touch. So I thought; Well maybe I'm glitched and for some odd reason it was still in my perks list. So I go into my pip boy, and lo-and-behold I have both Confirmed Bachelor and Light Touch in my list of applied perks, which; in essense, means I got a free perk. Please note this character was level 2, almost level 3 before the rebuild to confirm, and stayed that way after the level up, or re level up if you will, after the reset.


Anyone else notice this "free perk" as it were?

damn wish i read this a few days ago.just spent all weekend gettin new guy to level 30.gonna try it next time though
