Last night I was trying to level up before shutting down for the night but it didn't happen.

I've been keeping track of the Level requirements for 'Rifleman' and 'Gunslinger'. They have been 46 and 42. I got them memorized. Hah.

Last night when I checked I was surprised to see that they were 36 and 32.

I thought, "Great, I'm going to be at Level 42 so I can finish off the 'Rifleman' Perk and be at 5 Stars.

Today when I loaded my game, the Level requirements were back up to 46 and 42.

I tried putting the same armor on that I had on last night. I slept for 10 hours. Nothing. The requirements shot back up and now I can't top off the 'Rifleman' perk. I loaded the same save from last night so I was where I was at last night when they showed 36/32.

Has anyone else seen this? Is this a bug or did I do something else to temporarily trigger the level requirements to drop? I don't drink or use chems, so I'm at a loss.
