Does anyone know if there is a way to refund spent perks? I started trying to choose blade, block, and light armor, but I think I want heavy armor instead of light. Any advice would be helpful, thanks.

EDIT: with PC you can use console to give yourself free perks. Not sure if you can remove them. Do a search for Skyrim console commands.
