The Description for the Silence perk under Sneak is :

"Walking and running does not affect detection"

What exactly does this mean? Like you are permanantly in Sneak Mode? Like you never have to use the Sneak Mode button on your controller anymore?

Could anyone clarify exactly what it means?

Bump. I wanna know this as well.

It means when your sneaking you dont need to move so slow because walking or running in sneak mode makes no sound.

So it's just perma-muffled sneak mode? Lame. I already have like 5 items that give me perma-full time muffle. Not to mention the spell itself.
