Hey....I'm starting to run into performance issues. I'm ~21.5 hours in, save file size 5937 KB.

Outside of dropped frames, I got hit with a frost spell in my most recent quest ("In My Time of Need"). The frost effects (ice crystals sticking through my body, a constant ice smoke coming off my torso) won't go away.

I've tried looking at my Active Effects to see if there was some sort of ice-related Active Effect applied...but nope. I've also tried quitting the game and restarting the system, to no avail.

I've read about the other players who can't get arrows to come out of their characters, and am assuming this is a similar issue...has anyone else run into this with ice/frost effects? If so, did you solve it or is it related to an issue that Bethesda has to patch?

That sounds quite screwed up... :S

I can tell that some friend have had a similar problem with stuck arrows, which would never dissapear...

We need so many patches for this game...

Evidently, the Ice Man cometh.

But this is the first I've heard of that kind of bug. Might be related to the arrow sticking in body glitch? Try getting hit by another enemy or spell.

Hey - tried that. I've been running around letting NPCs pound on me with various weaponry (including arrows) and spells, but it doesn't seem to work. Thanks for the tip, though.

Hey...that list is a really good idea. Have you thought of trimming it down to delete duplicate issue reports/only including issues that have enough detail to investigate? I'm guessing a project manager somewhere at Bethesda would love you if you did.

I actually did think about that, but since no two people are experiencing quite the same bug, I thought I'd leave them individual. Plus, you really get a sense of how many users are having problems.

yes I think the post needs to remain near the top. It is really just everyone speaking about the issue. Be it play time, file size, or a combination there is all hell breaking loose.
