im wounding if any has any mods that add pets (birds, foxes wolves, stuff like that)

I know of one mod that adds "pets", I think it's called Pets of Skyrim, you can search on Nexus.

If you want a better animal "follower" as a pet, check out my mod below. It includes a fox and dog (and next version will have a wolf.) I created it so I could actually use a follower in Skyrim so there's some useful abilities like:
Dog Whistle (calls your pet from anywhere)
Keep distance from target when using a bow and/or (hostile) magic
Run-away when health drops too low (you set)
Make Doggie Biscuits so it can heal in combat

Also, you can set the personality (like agressiveness) and mortality.

Plus, each animal has almost 15 textures each to chose from so you can get the look you want.

It let you tame any beast, including dragons. Though it hasn't been updated for ages, so probably doesn't work or isn't safe to use anymore. But I liked how it kinda worked like a Hunter's Tame Beast spell from WoW.
