i was raiding a dungeon and there were some frostbite spiders locked behind some bars that could be lifted with a switch. i swung at a spider form outside the cage and a phased through the wall while stabbing it in the head. and now im stuck and cant get out because a switch needs to be activated to life the bars lol. i reloaded the room and killed the spiders after lifting the bars. but it was still a pretty funny glitch.
