Picking up Skyrim for a midnight release!

Post » Tue May 08, 2012 7:30 am

I can't wait to dive into Skyrim. I'm so stoked I'm going for the midnight release. I might be the only one there but at least I'll have the game at midnight. I'm off Friday so I have four days of fun to play Skyrim. Since the redskins stink again I don't care much for football at this point so It's a Skyrim weekend. Much better than having to take a personal day at work and declaring it national Oblivion Day and better than driving through snow to get Fallout 3. Yay!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone else very pumped up? It's not like I'm bouncing off the walls but I am looking forward to playing the game.

I'm going as well! But I'm going to have to have to go to school in the morning... so it looks like it's going to be an all-nighter for me!

Definitely going for a midnight release. I know at least five other people going to our midnight release, so I'm hoping it's going to be something of a party.

My wife and I are going to the midnight release. First time for both of us, but I got her hooked on Oblivion about 2 years ago, and she's just as stoked for Skyrim as I am. We're staying up late tonight, sleeping all day tomorrow, then traveling the hour to the Gamestop to get the game. Once we get home, we're playing all night, then getting the kids off to school, then playing some more!

Can't believe I'm gonna have Skyrim in my hands tomorrow. Long weekend of nothing but Elder Scrolls. YES.

Also, I just might take 10 minutes to just admire my dragon statue.
