I'll be talking to someone, and I'll scroll to a dialog option (it gets highlighted and denoted by the little marker thing on the left), I'll click it, and some other dialog option ends up getting chosen. Then I'll reload and try it again with the same result. This is so immensely frustrating. Does anyone have any tips on getting around this issue?
