do pickpocketed clothes respawn on npcs? : V

i was thinking about geting the pickpocketing perk that allows me to steal equipped armor and clothing, but i dont really wana do it if it means the npc will be naked from then on
so will the npc respawn the gear after their cell is left for 30 days?
ex. i like tullius' armor, so if i steal it and dont enter the castle for 30ish days will his inventory respawn it for him or will he just be permanaked?

From what I have seen, no. I did that once, and they never had clothes on. However, I did not wait 30 days to see if their clothes re spawned.

IMO gonna say that stolen clothes prolly get replaced when the NPC updates. So if the NPC never updates, prolly stay naked. If it does update, it gets new duds. Basing my opinion on my experiences siring vamps using the "better vamps" mod so take it with a grain or ten of salt..
