Yeah those were resized therefore everything looks much sharper than it really is onscreen. The game does not look that clear on the highest pc setting.

Crysis 1 is the best looking game (except for lighting and scripted events)
Crysis 2 is the Second best looking game
then i guess comes Metro 2033 and so on

Did you look at that picture. Blows Crysis 1 Very High without mods away.

Yeah look at the bricks up close. From far away yes this game is absolutely beautiful, and the lighting and effects are decent. Textures are just crap, even at high resolutions. Nothing compared to Crysis1 with custom HDR and mods, or even before the mods. lol

I can totally understand that people say Crysis 1 has better graphics overall, it's true. Still I like the look of Crysis 2 more. Love the lighting. Only the textures really should look much better. Batman: Arkham Asylum has great textures, you can zoom in whilst standing directly in front of something and you still see hardly any squares/pixels. Crysis 2 should be like that. @ JaminooJ: you can resize the pictures to their original resolution through clicking at the small band above every single picture.

So... why doesn't my game look like that? Those are pretty screen shots, but it isn't hard to snap a pretty screen shot.

Click on the first link in the first post to download it.
I downloaded it and tweaked a little bit myself. I'll just post my results so far here, maybe someone is interested.

Till now i prefer the second config, but I need to turn down the glow like I did in the first config. Funny is the framerate xD
