Hi i noticed a glitch in the "Pieces of the Past" quest. After recovering all of the artifacts that Silus needs for his museum, i head towards the Shrine of Mehrunes Dagon as the quest says. When i near the destination, i am walking up a staircase. At this point Silus inexplicably attacks me. If i kill him i fail the quest and nothing else happens. If i don't and even put away my weapon he continues to attack. I've tried loading different saves multiple times but had no luck. I've also tried walking up without any weapon equipped and he attacks. I've also tried getting there another route (climbing over the mountain and going behind him) but the same thing happens. Reading online i have found nobody with a similar issue and i've tried all i can think of. Please help and thanks for taking the time to read this . I really want to complete this quest but can't if this glitch is blocking my way.
