I was playing around with Pieros oil tank dispenser in his little workshop and then I went to sleep and had that dream mission.
Later when I came back to the oil dispenser I can't use it at all, I left a tank lying in it and now the game tells me to remove that one before I can dispense a new one. Problem is that the tank is gone and I can't do anything.

I've been on the Campbell mission as well, but it's still broken/bugged. Now this isn't really a big problem unless I'm going to need that dispenser later on in the game, if so, I'm f**ked.

Try attacking it maybe you will break the invisible tank. I hope it ends up reseting itself later. You don't absolutely need it. It just makes a certain part easier later on.

Confirming this bug, nothing game breaking, but still.

I fiddled with the dispenser inbetween missions and it would reset itself only after getting back to the Hound Pits Pub from the Flooded District.
