Pizza

Was given like six slices of free pizza... have no idea what's actually on it (can't tell all the toppings) but hey, free pizza!

Discuss pizza and your favorite kinds and from where.

My all time favorites: deep dish meat lovers, deep dish gyro meat + bacon and deep dish hawaiian

We get a large with spinach and feta cheese every week or two from a local family-run shop. Expensive, like $15, but much better than stuff from Pizza Hut or Dominos. Tastes heavenly left over.

Trust me, it's expensive for a reason. My parents have their own pizza place. The supplies are very expensive. Cheese is insanely expensive.

15 bucks is expensive? I hope you're kidding, because here a large pizza cost 35 bucks.

Anyways, my favorite pizzas are kebab pizza, spinach pizza and beef and onion. Add garlic dressing to the latter and you have a mouthgasm.

The best pizza is from NY hands down...I would know as I'm NY born and raised and have been to Napoli, the birthplace of pizza as we know it and pizzerias in NY blow pizzerias in Napoli out of the water. It's not the best sicilian pie I've had but if you ask anyone from Brooklyn, they will tell you that L&B's is the best...it's almost like a tradition to get a L&B's sicilian slice but don't tell them you've had better or you might get slapped :P

Ah yes, Italy's greatest gift to mankind; food of the gods. Love it because you can really vary it however you want and it never gets old, plus it's convenient and reasonably affordable. And easy to make if you prefer to make it yourself.
Favorite is probably the Greek vegetarian (with olives, and feta cheese) followed closely by Hawaii and straight pepperoni.

You realize this makes your argument null and void. XD

I can't eat pizza anymore. I did like pepperoni though and Hawaiian.

I like pizza, not a huge fan of the cardboard stuff. Only thing I hate more than that is the thin crust. You might as well just order the toppings.

ASDA do the best vegetable pizza (sweetcorn, red onion, mushroom, pepper, mozzarella and cheddar cheese and tomato. At only £3.50 it is a bargain and makes pizza's costing£15 totally overpriced

I hate chain Pizza's. Cardboard with crap put on top covered with salty latex.

I like the local single pizza shops. I have two good ones in town. One of them puts some Anchovies in the sauce (not enough to know they are there, but enough to miss them if they weren't if that makes any sense). However, both of these places use quality topping ingredients so their pies are tasty and worth the price. However, almost every town has a good pizzeria, just have to seek them out amongst the riff raff.

The one place that does the good sauce makes a Sausage Lovers pizza that is real Italian Sausage, not those pellets. Here is the description from the menu:

Italian sausage that has been marinating in our
tomato sauce, pizza sauce, marinara sauce, red
onion, Mancinelli peppers, feta cheese,
and mozzarella cheese.
13.95 / 19.95 / 23.95
