is there anywhere i can sleep, drop my stuff en things?
just like you have in Fallout 3 in Megaton?

Best place I've found is the hotel room you can get in Novac. It has a safe and so far(50 or so in-game days) my stuff has been safe there.

I used the Gas station in Goodsprings where that Caravan guy once was, it has a safe in the floor and a bed right next to it.. I still use it and im like 20+ hours in the game

Not sure about storage but you can sleep at Victors in Goodsprings
