Played it for 6 hours so far.

Hi all!
Just thought I would jump on quickly to firstly ease any concerns anyone may have had about this game. Six hours in not a single bug, crash, glitch, stutter nothing! Solid as the perverbial rock!
Graphics are absolutely outstanding. I have an Asus RoG G73 with nvidia GTX 560M and I am playing on Ultra without a single drama. It really is a beautiful world.
Leveling at the moment is suitably quick but still with a sense of accomplishment, the whole mechanic is really good. AM I rambling?..Lol I havent slept in 24 hours.
Quests are well constructed, and side quests fit in seemlessly. Umm had alot more to say but mind has gone blank! :banghead:

Hope everyone is well, have fun the wait is almost over, but, it really is WORTH IT! Absolutely brilliant game!

Oh, just thought of something else, The 3rd person combat mechanic is exellent, to the point that I am using it more then 1st person I would say. I know, amazing right! I still love zooming in and going first person every now and then but I am finding the greater view and stream lined combat very enjoyable in 3rd person!
Anyways I can hear my character growing impatient with me for being away...lol
Talk soon :tes: FTW!
So....You are not experiencing the PC issues that people are talking about with controls/UI?
Hmmm..

The controls are finicky with the mouse and keyboard. It's definitely meant for a controller, even more than the Oblivion interface.

It's hard to say after just 8 hours. But the short answer so far would be: Yes.

Lol ok definately my last reply....must....get....back.....to .....game..hehe
Short answer, no. I think the new UI sure takes a bit of a learning curve, but overly much. I find it intuitive and very good....my tip is to use FAVOURITES!
Simply hit 'Q' pre combat eat a food, potion buff...choose your initial weapon combo. Hit 'Q' again if need to swap to new weapon combo or potion or spell.
Its pretty darn simple . I like it, just my opinion ofcourse but I cant fault it.

That's not really saying too much about the graphics.

The story, setting and game play of Morrowind was far better than Oblivion, however the graphics of Oblivion where far better than Morrowind.
