In one of these threads some person rumored 2 available player homes in this DLC.. Can't tell you much more than that..

Extremely likely. That and a home in a Telvanni mushroom tower. I would totally bet on those two.

There is levitation, just not as a spell, but built in the tower itself, like an antigravity lift.

Not unless they have levitation platforms which is what it highly looks like from the trailer. I think Dragon Riding is the compromise.

Levitation would be pretty useful, I hope they bring it back with mark/recall in the next TES single player game...
