Player, quest and local map markers gone

After having some serious CTD issues with my old saved game, I decided to start a new game in the meantime - but one of the problems still persist. Most of the markers from both the local and main map are gone, the only ones remaining are markers for cities, dungeons etc., I can't see any markers on the local map, and the player marker and all the quest markers are gone from both of the maps. They still show up in the compass.
I use the new Skyrim beta, and the newest SKSE, and I couldn't find any info on this bug anywhere.

That sounds like a conflicting mod.

Yeah, but I can't really see what would conflict.

! thing you could do is unistall your mods and add them back in 1 at a time and keep checking the map till you find the conflict.
