Do Forsworn still attack you if you are fully dressed as one?
If they do I could be an exiled Forsworn from their ranks.

You probably already know this but if you complete The Forsworn Conspiracy and No One Escapes Cidhna Mine..
Spoiler
..and you side with the Forsworn, you can follow Madanach and his group to Druadach Redoubt where the forsworn based there will be forever friendly towards you. This could be a good base for your character as there's a forge and other facilities inside.
